Randy Webb recently retired as Treasurer of Applied Materials, Inc. in Santa Clara, California, after 25 years with the company.
 
He has extensive experience in investment management, foreign exchange and interest rate risk management, customer credit management, domestic and international retirement plan management, enterprise risk management and deferred compensation plan risk management.  He co-led the implementation of the FIS Integrity treasury management system and twice led Treasury's pre-acquisition integration planning with 2 Japanese companies.

He earned a BS in Economics from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Widener University.
